At the town center of Sant Sadurní d´Anoia are located our cavas Josep Torres Sibill, the only place where we produce the cava Bertha. We do only produce 70.000 bottles per year, which we get 6 different types of cava.
In 1989 we started with the brand named Josep Torres Sibill. Our first production was only 5.000 bottles. In 1998 we achieved to register the brand BERTHA. We already tryied to register this brand in 1989, but at that time there was already a brand registered with almost the same name. Since 1998 our concept was different; new presentations, new corporate image, new concepts and a new comercial philosophy.
We have been working only 7 years under the name of BERTHA, but with this short time, we have achieved to locate our cava in the best and desired market sector. The best shops, the best restaurants and the best distributors. And as well with this short time, we can ensure you that there are a lot of people considerate the name BERTHA an important referent in the world of cava.
