Bertha was born at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia in 1998. Previously and from 1989 we commercialized our products under the name of Josep Torres Sibill. It was born with a very clear philosophy, to produce high quality products, using only, the best selection of base wines from the Penedès region, slow fermentations and long ageings. We only produce 70.000 bottles classified in 6 different types of cava. Some of them are authentic limited productions. The comercial part it is basically based in specialised shops and restaurants through distributors that cover a specific zones. We invite you to discover the word of cava at its maximum expression.
