This cava is a fresh, aromatic and alive product. Ideal to be served during appetizers and lite starters. We have added 8 gr/l of expedition liquor. It has a minimum resting periode of 12 months. It is produced with Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo. It has an aromatic and pleasant touch, basically at different types of fruits. Primary aromas that come from the own grape. In mouth it is a complex and warm product, with a very soft carbonic and a sweet entrance. As well as the sec (dry) for desserts, are the only two unic cavas that we add expedition liquor. This liquor it is totally natural. We produce it with wine and sugar, only with the purpose to sweeten the product. We do not add any mature wine, mellow wine, from barrel neither any type of Brandy. We think that an expedition liquor only should be use to sweeten. |
